It's similar to Akinator. You think of a movie, answer some questions
and see if the algorithm can guess the movie title.
Well I stumped it with Blake Edward's SUNSET, which it turns out it didn't
have in it's database at all. So I added it and some questions; it says it
will get it next time.
I was able to stump it with "YellowBrickRoad" (which apparently was in
its datebase). I thought about also trying "Chemical Peel", but if
"YellowBrickRoad" stumped it, I'm quite sure "Chemical Peel" would...
Maybe I'll try "What Keeps You Alive" or "It Stains the Sands Red"...
OK, "What Keeps You Alive" wasn't in there - I added that one, and
"Guy, some more great news! Now Filmillion is available for iOS in the Apple
Now we can play anytime!
Hmm. I wonder how it does at differentiating BATMAN movies. I'm thinking of
Advanced gadgets? Yes
Fictitious world? Aren't they all?
Uncommon or fictional beings? Duh
Criminal activity? Hell yes
Are there any children? Hmm. Going for 'not sure'
Is the main character the owner of a big corporation? Yikes. Is the Wayne
Foundation a corporation?
I thought it had me, asking about bad guys and action, and then it guessed
Are crimes prevented? Hmm. Solved, avenged ... oh, the dolphin keeps Batman
from being killed. Yes.
Does the hero start out as an underdog? NO
And .. it gave up. WTF?
Well, it has Batman: The Movie in it's database. It just was still stumped.
"Add three questions"
Is there any gratuitous wall climbing?
Do any dolphins sacrifice themselves?
Are there some days you can't just get rid of a bomb?
